Disconnect X

Open Settings and disconnect X. This removes stored connection credentials. If remote revocation cannot be confirmed, the app tells you to revoke Kizari in X’s connected-app settings too. You can revoke Google access from your Google account. Revoking a connection is not the same as deleting your Kizari account.

Export your workspace

Workspace owners can use Export in Settings to download workspace text, drafts, profile preferences, and media metadata. Image binaries and provider credentials are not included. Save any files you need before requesting deletion.

Request deletion

In Settings, use the deletion-request control, or email sid@viali.ai with subject “Kizari data deletion.” Tell us which account and workspace the request concerns. You do not need to sign in to email us. We will verify your identity before removing information.

The in-app control records a request; it does not instantly erase data. While a request is pending, pause your routine and disconnect X if you want background processing to stop. Support processes verified requests, normally within 30 days, subject to applicable law and any explained retention exceptions.

What deletion covers

We assess your account identity, workspace membership, profile, drafts, conversations, source records, media, schedules, and connection credentials. Shared-workspace records may require coordination with other authorized members. Limited security, legal, and transaction records may be retained where necessary; backups expire under applicable retention schedules. Content already posted on X must be removed on X.

Requests about public X content

If your public X content appears in Kizari and you have a removal concern, email the original post URL and enough information to verify your request. Do not send sensitive documents unless we ask for a secure verification method.
