No surprise charges. Clear terms before you subscribe.

Eligible new accounts receive a free first month (30 days) requiring a payment card, then US $20 per month plus applicable tax. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Checkout shows the trial end, first charge date, and renewal terms before you subscribe. Cancel before the displayed trial deadline to avoid the first charge. A bank may show a temporary card-verification hold; this is not a subscription fee. Do not provide card details by email. Signing in alone does not authorize billing.
Cancellation
Open the app → Settings → Manage billing or cancel to cancel securely through Stripe. Cancel before the trial deadline to avoid the first subscription charge, or before the next renewal to avoid another month. Access continues until the displayed cancellation date, normally the end of the current trial or paid period. Disconnecting X, pausing an agent, requesting account deletion, or closing a browser is not subscription cancellation. If you cannot access billing, contact us promptly using the email below.
Refund requests
Contact sid@viali.ai about duplicate, incorrect, or disputed charges. Include your account email and invoice reference, not card details. We will review service-related refund requests individually. Except where required by law or agreed by us, partial unused billing periods are not automatically refunded. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
