Terms of service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms are between you and Kognics, Inc., 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. By using Kizari, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we process information. You must be at least 18, able to enter this agreement, and authorized to act for any business or account you connect.

2. The service

Kizari helps you find relevant public conversations and prepare posts, replies, and threads. It uses AI and third-party APIs. Scheduled routines prepare editable drafts; they do not guarantee a particular number of suitable opportunities. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, originality, rights, and suitability before posting.

You copy drafts and post on X yourself; Kizari does not publish automatically. Features, limits, and availability may change. Kizari does not guarantee followers, impressions, revenue, monetization eligibility, or approval by Google or X. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by either platform.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your use and your workspace members. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not resell or share your sign-in credentials.

4. Subscriptions and trials

Eligible new accounts receive a free first month (30 days) when they add a payment card and complete Stripe Checkout. There is no subscription charge during those 30 days. After the trial, the subscription renews at US $20 per month plus applicable tax until canceled. Checkout discloses the trial end, first charge date, and renewal terms before you agree. Card verification may produce a temporary bank authorization hold, not a subscription fee. Signing in alone does not start a trial or authorize a charge.

Cancel from Settings → Manage billing or cancel before the displayed trial deadline or renewal to avoid the next charge. See cancellation and refunds. One introductory trial is available per eligible identity, not per workspace. Existing users must complete checkout themselves; we do not automatically enroll them.

The plan supports one connected X account, morning and evening briefs of up to three replies each, and up to one daily thread. These are maximums, not promised outputs. Up to 20 AI operations are available per workspace per UTC day; research-intensive operations consume more of the shared daily allowance and may reach limits sooner. Source quality, provider availability, safety limits, and outages can reduce output. Saved drafts, billing management, and data export remain available when AI access is paused.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Kizari for spam, coordinated manipulation, fake engagement, impersonation, harassment, unlawful discrimination, malware, or infringement. Do not upload information you lack authority to use, circumvent security or usage limits, attempt to access another workspace, or exploit the service to create abusive automated activity. Follow applicable laws and connected-platform rules, including X’s rules. Access is for research and writing assistance, not purchasing engagement.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transform it to provide and secure Kizari for you. Third-party posts remain subject to their owners’ rights; a source link is not a license to republish. AI output may resemble other output and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for your use of it.

Kognics and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, and branding. You may use the service as permitted by these terms, but may not copy or resell it without permission. We may use voluntary product feedback to improve the service without publicly identifying you without permission.

7. Third parties and availability

Google, X, OpenAI, and other providers have independent terms and may change access, pricing, or availability. Provider restrictions can affect Kizari. We may apply reasonable usage limits and pause features to address outages, abuse, security, or legal obligations. We do not provide professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

8. Ending access

You can stop using Kizari, disconnect X, and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access for material misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Ending access does not remove content you posted on X. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, Kognics is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms with appropriate notice of material changes. Contact sid@viali.ai with “Kizari” in the subject to discuss concerns, billing, or support. Mandatory protections under the laws that apply to you remain unaffected.
